PETER KEATING Managing Director
Peter is one of the original founders of TCM Solutions, starting the business in 1992 along with some colleagues he met while working as a boiler technician.
After moving off the tools and into the office, he now holds the title of Managing Director. It’s a role that aligns perfectly with his passion for meeting new people, building strong relationships and providing unparalleled services for customers.
He prides himself not only in his expertise, but also in his intangible assets; integrity, honesty and genuineness.
On top of building and running TCM Solution, Peter has spent the last 20+ years achieving a Grad Dip in Business, holding the role of AMCA President, travelling the world and raising three amazing kids with his wife.
DARREN TREMLETT General Manager
HVAC has been Darren’s area of expertise since he started in the industry in the mid 1980’s. First joining TCM Solutions in 2002, Darren quickly progressed through the ranks from refrigeration/air conditioning mechanic to his current role, General Manager. Darren now has a wealth of experience within the Fire and Electrical Industries.
Darren’s dedication to customer service, technical advisory and integrity are highly regarded by colleagues and clients alike.
On top of his dedication to good leadership and customer relationships, training and development is what Darren is really passionate about. Throughout his professional career, he has earned a Certificate III of Business, Certificate of Supervision, is a member of AIRAH and the AMCA Training, Learning and Development Committee and a key member of the Box Hill Institute Industry Round Table.
Darren was also instrumental in developing the TCM Solutions apprenticeship program, that aids young apprentice’s advancement into an exciting industry.
Leia Pratten Operations Manager
Leia has played a major role at TCM Solutions for over 10 years. Leia started out in administration, however didn’t take long to realise her true potential and her gift in learning and organisational skills. Leia headed up the Fire Admin team for 8 years before she was promoted to Operations Manager overseeing the administration and operations of all three disciplines.
